When Billion Dollar Boy, global creative influencer marketing agency, envisioned their new headquarters in Bloomsbury, they wanted more than just an office. They needed a space that embodied their brand, enabled collaboration, and seamlessly integrated with their community-driven club, FiveTwoNine.

The fitout was designed to reflect both sides of their world. On one end, the workspace for Billion Dollar Boy – professional, sleek, and designed to fuel creativity. On the other side, FiveTwoNine – a dynamic, inviting club space for their growing community of creators.

The challenge? Creating a space that could effortlessly transition between the two while maintaining distinct identities.

For Becky Owen, Head of FiveTwoNine, the vision was simple: “I imagine a Parisian landlord discovering a derelict loft space above his pub and opening the doors to young creators and artists in the community. I had to create a space that felt authentic, used and comfortable”.

The result? A warm and characterful space with a statement bar, a flexible presentation area, meeting spaces and a podcast studio – designed to bring people together for events, discussions, and creative collaboration.
